Our Team

Kevin Clarke

Kevin Clarke

Owner/Managing Director

Kevin has founded and run businesses in packaging, logistics, production and development for the past four decades. He has worked with large organisations including Marks & Spencer, The Co-op, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Waitrose, Morrisons, Budgens and many food industry suppliers.

Working on our ground-breaking riji product, Kevin calls upon 30 years of international operations in Europe, China & South East Asia to bring this revolutionary advance to the food industry.

When he’s not working, Kevin likes to relax with family from Sydney to Somerset, and in good weather may jump on his Triumph Thunderbird 1700cc motorcycle to get a blast of fresh air.

He loves travelling, and such is his commitment to our mission, whether it’s a trip somewhere in the UK, Europe, Australia, USA or the Far East, he always visits supermarkets and other food outlets to find out what’s going on out there.

David Martin

David Martin

Operations Manager

David is KCC’s Operations Manager, running the fast-growing factory operation. Ably qualified to manage, David is a trained mechanical engineer with a lifetime of manufacturing experience both in the UK and overseas.

A keen golfer, David manages to find time for the occasional round of golf. It’s such a shame that the ball often has a mind of its own!

Terry Robins

Terry Robins

Technical Director

Terry, KCC’s Technical Director, has a lifetime of experience in the food industry, having worked for retailer Sainsbury’s for over 30 years. As Technical Manager there, Terry worked to improve food safety across the industry, and was co-author of the BRC standard hygiene and quality system, which has since set improved standards around the globe. Having travelled far and wide with KCC to develop sustainable packaging, Terry has worked with Kevin for the past decade to create riji, our bio-degradeable dual ovenable food tray.

Semi retired, Terry lives in mid Wales with his wife Liz, and enjoys making things work with his latest project, rebuilding and making roadworthy a classic sports car.

Gill Hackney

Gill Hackney

Bookkeeper

Gill, our qualified bookkeeper, makes sure that our systems are up to date and calls on years of experience running businesses to ensure our finance operation runs smoothly.

Gill’s wide taste in music saw her in the mosh pit at a Metallica gig recently – but she is just as likely to be listening to Dvorjak.

Annette Moran

Annette Moran

Office Manager/PA

Annette, appointed to make sure that KCC’s rapid growth is efficiently managed, is our office manager and PA to Kevin. Experienced in team building, project management and large scale organisations, Annette does this all on just three days per week, from Tuesday-Thursday!

Annette and husband Steve are passionate sailors and plan one day to sail off into the sunset on their yacht Cordelia ‘going where the wind will take them’, only returning to the UK when they have had enough or they have spent it all!

Paul Liveras

Paul Liveras

Commercial Director

Paul’s experience in the food industry, amongst others, includes running a thousand plus operative high tech chilled food manufacturing facility that supplied leading retailers including; Tesco, Marks & Spencer, Sainsburys, the Coop, Iceland, Asda and Morrisons.

Dealing with business strategy, understanding retailer requirements and managing production operations, at Director level for 2 major food manufacturing groups, puts Paul’s ‘know how’ to great use now KCC’s riji production expansion plans are well underway.

With all this you could be forgiven for thinking Paul is all ‘corporate’ (well he is a bit 😊) but in fact a favourite past time is driving off to the Lakes with Sally and his boys for some serious walking. A fervent Spurs supporter shows that he is a keen football fan and that makes for lively debate at home as son Josh is a Liverpool supporter!

Dean Snook

Dean Snook

Warehouse Supervisor

As KCC’s plans to produce the riji product in high volume are now happening we are pleased to have Dean Snook running our warehouse operations.

Experience in working for multi national companies means Dean is ready for the challenge of keeping things moving efficiently and in compliance with the best BRC standards in the food packaging industry.

Actively engaged in serious CPD Dean is studying for an Open University degree in management.

Local to our Eastleigh factory Dean is a snooker fan and regularly enjoys a game in his time off.
